Delivery methods:

- Courier delivery Nova Poshta.
- Delivery in the city of Shostka (free of charge). Address delivery is possible for the city of Shostka and the district.
Days on which goods are shipped: Monday - Friday.
Shipping of the goods on the day of the order takes place if the following conditions are met:
- The product is available;
- The order was placed before 16:00.
Delivery of all orders takes place after coordination with the company manager!
If the goods need to be manufactured, the time of shipment of the goods is agreed by the manager!

Parcels are sent outside Ukraine only after full payment of the cost of the goods and the cost of delivery. You can pay for international shipments: online payment on the website using the WayForPay payment system, transfer to the FOP card, transfer using the details of the FOP. Product refund
Dear clients, guided by the rules of DPI and the resolution of the NBU, the company PoliPro informs:
- Refunds for returned goods, goods not received (service not provided) are made in the form of payment in which the payment transaction was made.
- If the payment was made through PRO using a bank payment card (POST terminal), the refund for the goods not received (service not provided) is made to the buyer's current account opened at the bank.
- If the client for some reason refuses to provide full bank details (name, current account, RNOKPP code), the PoliPro company reserves the right not to return the funds in another way (because it contradicts the current legislation).
