The manufacturer "PolyTechnoTrade" provides a 1-year warranty (regardless of mileage) on spare parts for passenger cars. As an official dealer, we include a warranty certificate with a signature and wet stamp in each order. The warranty is issued for a specific item, and the certificate indicates the expiration date of the warranty.

Products of the "Poly Pro" brand, presented in this online store, are manufactured to high-quality standards. The company takes responsibility for each item. Therefore, in the event of a warranty case, we will not ask unnecessary questions to refuse warranty service.

The main condition is the presence of a valid warranty certificate.

In the event of a warranty case, we offer to replace defective bushings and stabilizer mounts with new ones. For other types of parts, we offer product reconstruction at the manufacturer’s expense. The shipment of a new part is carried out within three days if it is available, or in the order of production/reconstruction queue.

Important conditions for warranty service:

• Send photos of the defective part and the warranty certificate.
• Provide a video without pauses or cuts if two or more parts are defective.
• Send the part to the manufacturer if reconstruction or re-molding is required.

The manufacturer reserves the right to request the return of the part to determine the cause of failure, but such cases are extremely rare.

The warranty period starts from the day of courier delivery or receipt of the package (according to the transport company) and ends one day earlier after one year. For example, if the order is received on May 20, the warranty is valid until May 19 of the following year. A new warranty certificate is not issued, and the previous warranty period is not extended.

ATTENTION, important clarifications!

The warranty applies only to brand-colored orange bushings made with standard hardness.

The manufacturer does NOT provide a warranty for:

• Bushings made to custom orders – different color or non-standard hardness.
• Parts for vehicles that are not passenger cars – special equipment, agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles, etc.
• Spare parts for equipment and machinery.
• Passenger car parts made to individual parameters requested by the customer, not according to the VIN code.
• Other products made to individual customer orders.

For engine mount restoration, the warranty applies EXCLUSIVELY to the manufacturer’s work, not other parts of the assembly. A warranty case occurs only if the polyurethane tears, peels, or settles. Cracks, chips, and stripped threads on metal parts are NOT covered. No warranty is provided for engine mount vibration.

If you used a sledgehammer, hammer, or welding machine instead of a press to install parts, the warranty is VOID!

In case of a warranty event abroad, the customer pays for the delivery of the part for restoration or re-molding.

You have the right to exchange or return the product without damage, integrity violation, or signs of use under the Consumer Rights Protection Law within 14 days after purchase. In this case, the cost of shipping the product back to the sender is paid by the customer. The company pays for return shipping in case of a manager's mistake, but only within Ukraine. A mistake is considered sending the wrong product or sending a defective product.

Note that funds are returned to the card within 3 banking days after the manager receives the returned product. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns. Bank fees are paid by the recipient. A replacement product is sent only after receiving the returned item.
