How to return an order?

The PolyproShop company operates in accordance with the current legislation, returns and exchanges are made in accordance with the law of Ukraine About the protection of the rights of property owners

All parts are shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse, to which we as dealers do not have access. All parts go through several stages of quality control in order to minimize errors and, accordingly, sending the wrong product. In the event of a warehouse error, the return of goods is carried out at the expense of the manufacturer. In order to minimize the time it takes to receive the desired product, in this case you can make an exchange as follows:

  • The manufacturer's warehouse will send the goods after receiving the return.
  • The manufacturer's warehouse will send the goods cash on delivery, and after receiving the return, will remove the cash on delivery.
  • The manufacturer's warehouse will send the goods after payment to the FOP card, and after receiving the return, will return the money back.

If the client wants to return or exchange goods of proper quality, he can do this within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods; in this case, the client pays for the delivery of the goods back to the manufacturer's warehouse. Most items are shipped in sets of 2. Accordingly, only the set of goods sent to the client is accepted for return. Only engine mounts are shipped per unit of goods; all other categories are shipped in pairs to the right and left sides.

In what cases may a client be refused to return goods to the manufacturer’s warehouse:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the customer received the goods
  • The product has mechanical damage or traces of installation
  • The product is not complete. In case the goods were shipped as a set, and the client wishes to return half.

How do I return goods?

You need to send the goods to the production warehouse, WITHOUT COD OF COD, and pay for delivery. The courier will not pick up goods with unpaid delivery. After receiving the goods, within three business days, the manufacturer reviews the return and transmits information to the dealer; if the manufacturer is at fault, the delivery cost is reimbursed to the client. If the manufacturer refuses to return the product, it is obliged to inform the customer of the reason. If the return is accepted, we will inform you about this and ask for information to process the refund.

When the client pays to a bank account from a TOV or FOP bank account, upon return it is necessary to include a letter for refund in the parcel due to overpaid funds.
When paying by cash on delivery, the refund is made to the client's card.
If payment was made through PPO using a bank payment card (POST terminal), then the refund for goods not received (service not provided) is made to the buyer’s current account opened with the bank.
